Sharon Marie May has over 30 years experience in global organizational development and performance improvement. She has lived and worked internationally, holding positions as diverse as a program evaluator in higher education, top salesperson for a $25M performance consulting organization, global marketing manager for a $450M technology services business, organizational development lead for a state-wide health system, and college instructor. Her industry experience spans IT, healthcare, hospitality, nonprofit, government, retail, higher education, and light manufacturing.

Sharon earned her PhD from Syracuse University in Instructional Design, Development, and Evaluation, with a research focus on performance improvement in global organizations. She completed a MEd in Human Resource Education from Boston University’s Overseas Program, and a BS in Business with a dual major in Psychology from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.
